1. What is the delivery time of my order?
   Orders with in stock inventory to the Netherlands will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) via DHL. International orders can take up to 10 business days depending on location.
2. Where do you ship from?
   Shipment takes place from Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
3. How do I make a return?
   If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase; we accept returns within 7 days of receipt. The products must be unused and undamaged (including packaging). The shipping costs will not be refunded. For instructions about returns, please email venus@flockstyling.com
4. What methods of payment are accepted?
   We accept Ideal & credit card using Mollie payment system. Mollie ensures the safety, stability and reliability for every transaction.
